Terms and Conditions 


To confirm a booking we require a 50% deposit paid a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event.


If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled event, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 administration fee.


If cancelled less than 14 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable. 


The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the event. 


We have mobile Eftpos available on site if you prefer to pay the team the remainder directly on the day.

Travel costs

We charge 55c/km travel costs outside of the Palmerston North region. 

Please contact us regarding travel costs to your location. 

The travel cost amount is to be paid with the remainder of the bill the day of the event. 



Other important information

We require access to the site for setting up one hour before the beginning of the event, and a power source for our generator to inflate the bunkers. 


Size of area required to play Archery Tag. 

The playing field /area should be at least 11m wide x 30m long. This allows room for the inflatable bunkers, targets and of course room to run! 

You also need to allow extra room (approx 5m) at each end of the field for “rest Areas”!
